Sheri writes... My grandmother was an artist, quilter and gardener; her influence on my life remains with me, even today. At the age of four, I would sit on the floor next to her chair and watch with fascination, as her foot would move quickly back and forth on her treadle sewing machine. On a personal note, I married my college sweetheart and have three wonderful sons. We live in a heartfelt country home nestled in the foothills of Southern California, in a small town that seems to have stopped in time so that one easily forgets they are in the midst of Los Angeles.
