All order information you provide (such as name, address, phone, e-mail and credit card number) is never released to any third party.

SHIPPING

Orders shipped to a U.S. address are sent via US Postal Service.
Actual total shipping charges are indicated on the order form, but additional charges may be incurred if the shipping weight exceeds 5 pounds, or on orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges that may apply.
Your order will usually be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding Dealer orders) unless the item is backordered. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order indicating estimated delivery time if backordered.

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. Please call or email us if you have questions or experience any difficulties with our products.
If your purchase is damaged during shipment, please notify the carrier or contact us at orders@swaddlingstitches.com within 48 hours and we will make arrangements for replacement or refund.
